Project aim: to describe, analyse and evaluate two kinds of information on health and safety representatives - that held by the OHS Commission and that obtained in surveyed workplaces Sought to analyse results of survey to evaluate the effective distribution of HSRs in variables that included type of industry; worklace size and location; and workforce characteristics ie: shiftworkers, casual employees, NESB and women.
