The project aimed to develop policies, procedures and training to address bullying in the workplace. The policies and practices were trialed in a pilot group and then implemented more widely. The outcomes were : - Development and pilot workplace bullying policies and practices within a trial group. - Development of tools and training that will be marketed widely. - Evaluation of the tools and training.
