Inadequacy in instruction, training and risk assessments rank high among the findings of a recent safety audit of labour hire agencies and host employers in South Australia. The audit explained that although labour hire agencies and host employers usually conduct a thorough job analysis, "this process does not include the identification and provision of information, instruction and training needs".
