A collaborative project between the Victorian Multicultural Commission and the Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission.
This reports the results of a literature review of racial and religious discrimination in the workplace in Australia and internationally, and of consultations held with CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse)communities in four key sites in Victoria - Shepparton, Dandenong, Footscray and Broadmeadows. Individuals and organisations were also invited to provide written submissions to the
consultation. The results highlighted the systemic nature of discrimination and the high personal impact on CALD community members.
