This paper examines the intersection between the Fair Work Act and established anti-discrimination laws, with particular emphasis on some of the quirks generated by the simultaneous operation of multiple systems, as well as areas of uncertainty within the Fair Work Act. As this paper was initially prepared for a workshop held in Victoria, the focus is primarily on Commonwealth and Victorian laws.
