A series of short, comic sketches show Napo working with various chemicals, including those that are irritants, flammable, corrosive, toxic or a danger to the environment. In each case the relevant warning symbol is shown, followed by a sequence in which Napo causes accidents by not using the chemicals safely. At the end of each sketch viewers are shown how the accident could have been prevented by safe working practices.
