Abstract:

The aim of this report is to present the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) with an overview of their members’ views and experiences of OHS. The report presents analysis of union members’: 1) views of OHS in their workplaces; 2) self-reported OHS incidents; 3) perceptions of psychosocial, physical and physiological risk; and 4) aggression in the workplace.
