Provides an overview of the theoretical grounds, the design, samples and main results of the research project ReSuLead (Rewarding and Sustainable Health promoting leadership) that aims to explore the role of leadership in relation to workers’ psychological wellbeing with special consideration being given to work characteristics and the differences in leadership between three European countries, namely Finland, Germany and Sweden.
