Abstract:
Using the psychosocial harm audit tool, audits of mining operations and petroleum major hazard facilities were conducted from February to October 2016.  This report summarises the results of the data collected, focusing on:
  • management systems that address mental wellbeing
  • resourcing of systems relating to mental wellbeing
  • consultation with workforce on mental wellbeing strategies
  • preventative and protective measures in use.
