Abstract:
This is the second of two reports in a project that explores return to work (RTW) influences in psychological injury claims, using the Return to Work Survey data. This second report, delves into the similarities and differences between physical and psychological injury claims. This report uses the current RTW proportion as the main measure of RTW. The Current RTW proportion is the percentage of employees who are working at the time the survey interview is conducted.
This report explores two main areas: RTW by potential influencing factors - physical versus psychological claims; and Employee responses and experiences - physical versus psychological claims.
