People at Work is Australia’s only validated psychosocial risk assessment survey. The survey assesses a number of the most common psychosocial hazards and factors. It is part of a five step process that can be used to identify, assess and control risks to psychological health at work. On completion of the survey, a report is supplied that compares the organisational results against a benchmark of Australian industries.
