This Report examines the prevelance of harassment in the parliamentary workplace, demonstrating how the problem and its solutions sit at an organisational and cultural level. It includes a number of recommendations that are aimed at the prevention, and appropriate handling, of sexual and discriminatory harassment in the parliamentary workplace, addressing fundamental gaps in policy, training and complaints practices.
