This policy guideline provides risk management guidance and strategies for health services to ensure that safe, healthy and productive services are maintained and a secure and safe environment is provided for all SA Health workers and consumers during health service delivery and care. This policy guideline aligns with and supports the principles of the SA Health Preventing and Responding to Challenging Behaviour Policy Directive.
