This Code is intended to be read by a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU). It provides practical guidance to PCBUs on how to manage psychosocial health and safety risks at work.
Psychosocial hazards are hazards that arise from or in relation to - the design or management of work, the working environment, plant at a workplace, or workplace interactions or behaviours; and may cause psychological and physical harm. This Code applies to the performance of work and to all workplaces covered by the WHS Act.
