This inquiry’s wide-ranging terms of reference include the requirement that systemic problems relating to the prevalence of suicide and suicidality among serving and ex-serving ADF members be identified. This interim report makes a limited number of recommendations about urgent and immediate issues, as well as a range of preliminary observations. The final report is due to be handed down on or before June 17th 2024.
