It also presents the various methods and tools of SHE (safety, health & environment) information system practice where experience feedback is employed. These include methods of accident and near-accident reporting and investigation, workplace inspection, SHE performance measurement, and safety analysis and auditing. It will also help in assessing the potentials and limitations of the different methods and tools, including those associated with an organisation's ability to learn from experiences of unwanted events and errors. Finally, guidance is given on the development of a computer-supported SHE information system.
