Focuses on a performance based approach, which includes a storage and handling system which covers the risks associated with the premises where any dangerous goods are stored and handled, as well as the risks associated wtih the use of any container, tank, vehicle or freight container, spill containment system, plant and fire fighting and fire protection systems used on premises, in connection with the storage and handling of dangerous goods.
