Survey on the legislation and administration of Public Health, Social Security and Work Environment in Denmark is given. The procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation is mentioned, connected with the various institutions involved. The efforts of the Labour Inspection to distinguish specific and general causes of work related injuries (accident or diseases) are described. Close interdisciplinary collaboration between medical and technical staff aims at eliminating damaging factors in the work environment.
