This report provides a summary of the current state of knowledge regarding best practice for OHSW mass media campaigns.  An industry review was undertaken to investigate the specific role of mass media in promoting OHSW issues.  Key OHSW communications personnel were interviewed to provide insights into the processes involved in developing and evaluating  campaigns.  And a literature review was undertaken to examine  what elements make campaigns effective.
