Abstract:

This project aims to reduce the incidence of MSDs by improving the effectiveness of preventive interventions. It utilised a behaviour-oriented approach, based on a stage of change concept.
The key objectives of the study were to assess:
1. The feasibility of implementing tailored interventions in a South Australian context
2. The extent of benefit of using interventions tailored on stage of change.

This research was commissioned by SafeWork SA.
