Abstract:
Working at night, in the evening, and early morning in combination with restricted opportunity for sleep, elevates the fatigue risk for shift workers. The impact of these working conditions on worker health and wellbeing is the focus of this report. Includes a flexible suite of education tools designed to translate across different industries and demographics; and to be rolled-out as a suite or in isolation. A focus was placed on accessible, easily interpreted materials to facilitate engagement across a diverse range of workers. A SafeWorkSA Commissioned Research Grant.
